A Birthday Party For Xander

With all our company here, we decided to celebrate

Xander's birthday one week early. He was thrilled

to death to have all these people here for his 7th.

Xander wanted a castle cake. Larry Denzil decorated

it for me. Xander chose the sprinkles.

"Let's get this party started."

This is what happens when you let Uncle Ben have

a baby. Look at little Emalene's chocolate

covered face. She was in heaven.

A party is never a party without a little Jason around.

Look at how sweet Denzil is, patiently waiting for cake.

"The Talk" We decided that when our boys are

baptized, they will receive their first pocket

knife. We bought Larry a nice little pocket knife

and also got the boys a small swiss

army knife for cub scouts.

Here, Larry Denzil is showing them the knives

and going over all the rules.

Ethan's pure joy and excitement over these new

knives makes me a bit nervous.

Here is Ruby Isabella. This is what she did during

the entire loud party. She just felt so terrible.

What on Earth!? How can you not stop and smile?

This morning I woke up and felt really good and energized. I was just ready to start the day. I had a little fun on the wii fit at 5:30Am before waking the kids. A Valentine's gift from a dear husband. I love video games and well, you might as well exercise while playing. Afterwards, I started with my chores. Just trying to tackle one room at a time. The first room I cleaned was the children's living room. Why did I choose this room? I knew Ethan & Ruby would play and watch TV, but I had no idea they would do this!? Here is a darling Ruby Isabella exhausted and asleep after her mayhem and destruction. Yes, that is toilet paper all over the floor. An entire roll they managed to toss all over the living room. Apple Festival

OK, I was too excited to wait on this new post. We went to the Hendersonville Apple Festival this afternoon. We have lived here 2 years and this was our first time going. It was fun. People had their crafts for sale and of course, lots of apples. Anyways, center stage, a band was performing old rock n roll music. We stopped to take a break and enjoy ice cream. While sitting there, a square dancer asked Larry Denzil to be her partner in the square dancing routine. Talk about a laugh, I hope you guys enjoy the pictures.
