My recent knitting project

Ruby has nothing to do with the project, but she sure does
love seeing her photos on the computer.
And I sure do love taking pictures of my youngest.
Here she is enjoying some yummy
laughy taffy.
Onto my project. I finally finished the mittens.
It was a simple knit. Although, I do wish
someone would show me how to correctly do
a thumb gussett. That just does not look right.

Here is the completed pair with cabling and all.
I have to weave the yarn into the mittens and they will
be complete and I can start another pair.
You would be amazed at all the wonderful
free patterns on the internet.

How in the world do you do it all? I heard that the blanket you made Carolina was just beautiful. Where you find the time and energy is a mystery to me!

Ok, here is Larry Denzil having a great time square dancing. I think he has found his true calling. Here is little Larry relaxing during the bands gig. Here is Larry Denzil and the little old lady who asked him to be her partner.  Poor thing, I do not think she read the back of his shirt.  He had the number  7 and at the top it said Baby Maker.  This was his work soft ball shirt.
