Girl Scout Museum

Last week, Savannah's troop got to visit
the girl scout "traveling" museum at our local mall.
It was a really neat experience for the girls.
They got to try on these old uniforms from 1963.
Don't they look adorable?

Larry entertained Ruby for me the entire time
so that I could take pictures.

Here is our group making paper dolls.
Funny story, there were 6 brothers in attendance.
5 of these brothers thoroughly enjoyed making
paper dolls.  They were so cute.

Here is Xander and I being old girl scouts.
He loves these cutouts.

If the museum comes to your town, go see it.
It is wonderful to see all the uniforms and old
cookie boxes and flavors.  Not to mention all the old girl scout dolls
and antique cameras...

Looks like a lot of fun! I hope I hear about it if it ever comes our way! And I loved the shots of the Blue and Gold Dinner!!!

Apple Festival

Ok, here is Larry Denzil having a great time square dancing. I think he has found his true calling. Here is little Larry relaxing during the bands gig. Here is Larry Denzil and the little old lady who asked him to be her partner.  Poor thing, I do not think she read the back of his shirt.  He had the number  7 and at the top it said Baby Maker.  This was his work soft ball shirt. He is actually enjoying...
