Back to School Questionnaire

The worst part of going back to school is all the forms that I am
left to fill out. 4 kids in school means 4 packets of information.
Blah! But this year, there was an unexpected form for my
child to fill out. Xander's teacher is in his 1st year at BMP and I guess he
wanted to get to know his class a little better.
Poor guy has no idea what he is getting himself into,
if Xander's answers are any indication.

I would like to assist our class by not getting into trouble...
My weakness as a student is getting into trouble...

Two of my absolute favorites:
I perform better on tests that are easy.
and The hardest part of my day is waiting on lunch.

All kidding aside, Xander is a very good student.
He makes friends everywhere he goes, and teachers
seem to love his honesty.

Apple Festival

OK,  I was too excited to wait on this new post.  We went to the Hendersonville Apple Festival this afternoon.  We have lived here 2 years and this was our first time going.  It was fun.  People had their crafts for sale and of course, lots of apples.  Anyways, center stage, a band was performing old rock n roll music.  We stopped to take a break and enjoy ice cream.  While sitting there, a square dancer asked Larry Denzil to be her partner in the square dancing routine.  Talk about a laugh, I hope you guys enjoy the pictures.  Did I forget to mention that the Hurts were in for a visit? Ok, here is Larry Denzil having a great time square dancing. I think he has found his true calling. Here is little Larry relaxing during the bands gig.
